Slow deposit payment, issues here and there, but the director was nice though.

Utterly horrible! Run, run, from them! They will ghost all attempts at communication and leave you with an abysmal house with more than a dozen things to be fixed. Their place on London Road is now defunct and looks like to be a bike shop.

Not great at all! Lack of communication! Only get active communication when they need something from you. Been calling for weeks/months to resolve issues but gets thrown around in circles most of the time. They have also switched to remote and have no physical office within Southampton. Any calls are essentially forwarded to a different reception that would be clueless to your situation each time. They would tell you that all they can do is forward your message with high priority to the relevant recipient but I've been waiting over 2.5 weeks and called multiple times, to no avail. Bad at vetting out tenants, lived with tenant they put through who was rude and did not pay bills. Also took everyone's deposit. Agency offered no help to resolve the issue throughout the tenancy. This terrible tenant also claims to know the agency well and use it as a threat. Recently also found out he left 5 star reviews of the place which feels like everything is intentional which is deeply hurtful. Similar to most reviews, I'd rate it lower if I could. There are lots more I can share but for sake of time, I'll leave it as is. Would not recommend and avoid at all costs! Out of the agencies I've been through in the last 3 years in Southampton, the only I would recommend is StudentNoFees but their average rent and bills price are a little higher.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. ZERO service, ZERO communication. If you are a Student/Landlord avoid at all costs. If anyone from this company actually reads these can someone contact me. My daughter has been left living in a building site! No water for days, shower leaking, no bedroom to be used, no communication despite several calls and emails. I do not understand how anyone can run a business in this way. If I could give zero stars I would. If you are looking for somewhere to rent AVOID!!!

STAY AWAY! THE WORST agency in Southampton. They just want to get the money and that is it. Ignoring emails, phone calls just useless try avoiding renting with them. They will make excuse to charge you everything and not bother taking your calls.
