great service at a very reasonable price

I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Chris and Liza. Throughout my rather complicated house sale they were very efficient, pleasant and reassuring.. They found viewings quickly, gave me speedy feedback and informed me of developments straightaway.. Altogether a great service at a very reasonable price.

Sold my house within a week

Can't thank Goodfellows enough, after having my house on the market with Rook Matthew Sayers I was doubting estate agents integrities. However, all was restored thanks to a A Class service from all the team at Goodfellows. They marketed my house a lot more professionally and increased the valuation from Rook Mathews to another £10000 (who advised me that Goodfellows won't sell properties in my location). After the sale I was kept informed at all times from the lovely Lisa and I can't thank Chris and his team enough for a very smooth and stress free move. I also saved almost £1000 on estate fees compared to Rook Mathews, double result!

House purchase and sale soon

We have just bought through Goodfellows. When the natural stresses occurred between purchaser and vendors solicitors, Liza was always there (very responsive) and helped to keep things calm and organised . Did above and beyond the role of the estate agent in purchasing a property. To be honest, I think both party's solicitors could have been more pro-active, Liza remained professional throughout - and probably pulled it all together in the end which wasn't her role - thank you Liza. We are about to sell through Goodfellows too. Chris was very professional in valuing our home - in what for us are difficult circumstances. Without any judgement, he valued our home and gave us straight up honest advice for us to consider . There was no pressure at all. I would certainly recommend Goodfellows for buying and selling.
