Buyer Review - August 2017
I recently purchase a property Goodfellow's were marketing and I was pleasantly surprised by their performance (this isn't a dig, but prior to my transaction, I wasn't aware of Goodfellow's)! Liza (the lady managing the sale) was fantastic, had excellent communication skills and was extremely dedicated to providing updates and ensuring that everyone was on the same page. I'd say that Goodfellows' performance easily surpassed that of my own agent, and I would certainly use them again in the future.

An online service with the personal touch.
We had lived in the same house for 28 years and had no idea how to manage our house sale and subsequent purchase of a new home. We need not have worried. From the first telephone contact with Liza and home valuation carried out be Chris Goodfellow to the sale of our home we were offered a complete and professional service. We were kept well informed at every stage allowing us to concentrate on the practicalities of packing up and moving home, leaving Goodfellows to manage the rest. I have no hesitation at all! In recommending Goodfellows, it's an online service with the personal touch!

Highly recommended
Goodfellows have been superb to deal with during the sale of our house in Darras Hall. Their small team meant great personal service every time. Paying an upfront fee resulted in saving over ten thousand pounds compared to other local agents, without any reduced service level and commitment. A big thank you to Chris and Liza.

Excellent!
We sold a flat in Newcastle with Goodfellows and they found us several buyers. They were responsive and informative, helpful and clear. After our first purchase fell through (and we lost our buyer after months of hanging on) they found us enough buyers to spark a bidding war! Liza was great at chasing up our buyers and solicitors generally and keeping us right with all the different parts of the sale. I would recommend them unreservedly. Nick.

Personal and professional service at competitive rates
There was a high level of communication throughout the transaction Lisa in particular was in constant communication and we were kept abreast of the proceedings at all times Ultimately the sale went through with no fuss at all . I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Chris Goodfellow as an agent

Excellent service with very competitive fees
This is the first time I have used Goodfellows Estate Agents and I would definitely use them again. Chris was very honest and straightforward to deal with and Lisa kept me informed regularly from the property going on the market through to completion of sale. I honestly could not fault the service I have received and with such competitive fees, I can highly recommend them.

Definitely the smarter way to sell!
Goodfellows have recently sold two properties for me and I can't fault their service. I have used traditional agents and pure internet agents in the past couple of years and have found the ' hybrid ' approach of Goodfellows has delivered all the positive elements of the other agents and discarded the negatives. Communication throughout the process has been excellent - usually a frustration with other agents but Liza and Chris kept me up to date regularly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Unlike most purely internet based agents, Goodfellows have many years of local property market experience between them plus a name/face to have a discussion with about local market activity etc. They can offer an accompanied viewing service and hand keys to surveyors and buyers (internet agents can't always do this, especially those based in a call centre down south). And of course there are the highly competitive fees! I would definitely recommend.

Can't fault the service
I would like to thank Chris and Lisa for their help and support with selling my house. The feedback I received from Lisa was far better than other agents that I've tried. Would (and have) highly recommend to anyone.

House sold - great service
This was my first time using Goodfellows and I have no problem recommending them after finding a very professional service which was competitively priced. Liza Kennedy is a joy to work with.... friendly, efficient.... she kept things on track.
