Five star service
I couldn’t recommend Goodfellows highly enough. I’ve dealt with them on several occasions and have only ever received a great service. They are very professional and are friendly, competent and efficient in what they do. They keep you in touch every step of the way. Use them once and you’ll never go elsewhere!

Supportive and Reactive
I originally looked to buy through Goodfellows and was extremely impressed. I felt I would like a company like this representing me when selling mine. 6 months later I had sold and purchased through Goodfellows! What a pair they have between James and Liza - they have reacted to every curve ball and responded quickly to anything thrown at them (and there has been a few). I wish I could employ them! Brilliant company who I will purchase/sell through again in the future (hopefully not for awhile though)!

Fantastic quality of service!
I have recently sold my property via Goodfellows and unluckily for me I had a first set of buyers that pulled out just before completion and our second buyers had significant issues with the quality and timeliness of their representation across surveys, lending and conveyancing. Our home was advertised actively for less than three weeks in total – it sold fast and without many viewings. My gratitude comes from the amazing customer service I received. The team provided updates as I needed them and chased for progress and not taking no for an answer. Overall this left me feeling genuinely that they were working for me but also that they understood my situation, conveying empathy throughout what was a very stressful time. If you choose your estate agents on price, Goodfellows will be comparable; if you choose based on service they’re streets ahead. I’ll certainly be using them again in the future… if we ever move.

Diligence
Absolutely delighted in the service we received during the sale of our bungalow. After three offers fell through and with the help of all at Goodfellows, with a special mention to Liza Kennedy, we finally sold and achieved our asking price. Thank you all for your diligence,

Fantastic Service

Excellent service - Goodfellows go above and beyond
Would highly recommend Goodfellows. I sold my flat with Goodfellows and the team went above and beyond for me when my buyer pulled out at the eleventh hour. Excellent communications and Liza is possibly the most patient person I have ever come across.

A refreshing attitude.
Goodfellows sourced tenants and a buyer for us in Ponteland. We found them very professional and friendly, they kept us up to date and informed all the time with prompt responses to any questions/queries we had. A great team who work well together to our benefit and a refreshing change in the market

Excellent personal service
I have used Goodfellows since Chris started up on his own some 2 or 3 years ago to let various properties. Always in that time I have had a very personal, friendly and business like service from Chris, Liza, Joanna and James and would have no hesitation in recommending them to buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants.
