Excellent professional service and great value for money
We used Goodfellows to sell our property after finding a house that we wanted to buy which was being sold by them. We decided it would simplify things to use one agent and it was the best decision we could have made. From the outset we received a very professional service from Goodfellows and this continued throughout the sale of our home and purchase of our new property. They found us a buyer for our property within 24 hours and when this buyer had to pull out for personal reasons, quickly arranged several more viewings and secured us another sale within a couple of days. They kept us informed at all stages and provided at least weekly updates as things progressed but also called with any new information. It was very easy to get in touch with them and if they were busy, always called straight back as soon as they were free. They communicated with both buyer's and seller's solicitors as well our own and really kept the wheels in motion throughout, chasing things up and ensuring things kept on track. Towards the end they were invaluable in negotiating the date of exchange and completion between all parties and really took the stress away from us having to do this. This is the first time we have bought and sold at the same time and Goodfellows really made this a smooth and stress free experience. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and would use them again if the need arose.

Honest and upfront
I didn't sell my house through them but I wish I had of, I purchased a house they were the agents for and I only knew what was going on because of them. They kept me informed weekly and I would use to sell my house in future!

Excellent Service
The service provided was first class at every stage of the house sale. Liza advised on a weekly basis and confirmed exactly what was going on. A Great agent to deal with.

Great service and great rates.
What a great estate agent. Liza dealt with our sale for the most part and nothing was ever too much effort. She made sure to keep up updated at all times throughout. Had dealings with Chris Goodfellow also during the process and he was equally accommodating. Sold our house to the first viewer in 1 week!!

Excelent company at the right price
I would just like to say thanks to your company for selling my house very quickly and very profesionally. The service i got from your staff was excelent and the feedback was great. You kept me in touch with all the happenings to do with my sale and i would not hesitate to recomend your company to anyone i know selling a house..The fee was right , not the usual percentage that other companies charge.Keep up the good work.

Selling your home? Choose Goodfellows!
Chris valued my property in Ponteland. He talked me through the whole process of selling, he patiently answered my queries and concerns and i immediately liked and felt comfortable with his style and approach. My property sold within a week of being on the market. Everything went very smoothly, Chris and Liza gave me great advice when I needed it, found me a solicitor, a surveyor and kept me very well informed. Great support and great fees!
