In comparison to other estate agents, Goodfellows are exceptional value. The service we received from Liza and Chris was fantastic. They went above and beyond to help during the sale, and were always quick to respond to emails and calls. Other local agents fees were in excess of double what Goodfellows charge. The key to marketing a property is online exposure, via social media and sites such as Rightmove/Zoopla. An office on the high street is not required in 2016!

Moving is stressful but Liza and Chris were very supportive and nothing seemed to be a problem for them. They seem like friends but also very professional. I would recommend Goodfellows to anyone thinking of moving. I love my new home.

Reliable and good communication

Although our house purchase was quite bumpy goodfellows were a reliable contact who never failed to get back to me and chase responses from solicitors. This was quite a demanding task so I'm really grateful for their help in getting completed and moved finally!
