Fantastic Service

I have recently worked with Goodfellows as a seller and a buyer and the service on both has been exceptional. On the sell side my property was marketed extremely quickly with top quality images, floor plans and excellent narrative. Viewings were plentiful and Goodfellows were brilliant at quickly co-ordinating feedback and supporting negotiations. On the buy side Goodfellows were equally as good, listening carefully to our requirements and presenting a number of options and then when we found 'the one' they were superb at completing swift negotiations. At all times we received a great personalised service by staff who genuinely cared about achieving the right outcome for me and my family. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The staff always replied quickly with the information were asked. Also it was asked by them to recommend a solicitor which she was great too.. In general lovely people and very very helpful. I definitly would recommend the angency.

Professional, communicative and very on-the-ball estate agents

Great experience with Goodfellows - they are professional at every level. Their valuation was higher than that of other so called 'more establishe' agents which I was initially sceptical about - but they made a rationale argument for the higher valuation - and the house sold for very close to it. They kept us informed consistently through what became a somewhat prolonged sale with a long chain below us. We never had to chase them up on any issues. Their office manager is a star. I would highly recommend them. And their commission was lower than that of the more 'established' agents in the area. Very very good people to deal with.
