Selling of our home when others had failed!
Having failed to sell our property, a friend recommended Goodfellows! They were tremendous! Chris Goodfellow himself was very helpful with his advice on showing buyers around our property. He took super photos. Then whempn we were on the market Lynne Pearse, Office Manager, and her team were brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. They helped us all the way. Can’t speak highly enough about all of them. We wouldn’t be moving into our fab new home without them. Massive thank you to all at Goodfellows.

Excellent service
Having just sold my property through Goodfellows, I can say that I was very impressed with all of my interactions, from valuation, through to negotiations, price, everything was perfect, a real professional organisation with staff that are absolutely brilliant. Would certainly recommend these guys 100%.

Very friendly and efficient

8 Laurel Street, Throckley
Goodfellows have recently sold my mother's property in Throckley. They advised me that I should sell the property at a realistic price which led to the house being sold within 6 months.. Goodfellows kept me informed all the way through the process. and I would definitely recommend using them for the professional service they provided..

Sale of 14 Killiebrigs
Chris and the team delivered the sale of my family home They handled the sale in a very efficient and professional manner. Their valuation was accurate and realistic, they were quick at getting the property marketed, viewings booked and following them up. In a climate where so many agents over promise and under deliver they didn't exactly what they said they would, when they would and communicated between several parties in an efficient manner. Their fees were some of the best around and I am currently using them to find me my next property.

Amazing
Could not recommend Goodfellows highly enough. They are prompt, accurate, and are on your side every step of the way wanting the best deal for everyone involved. I bought my current house through them and looked to rent my old house out through them too. I put my old house up for rent with one other estate agent, but it was Goodfellows that got all of the appointments and got all of the interested clients. They are friendly, professional and I wouldn’t even think of going with anyone else now other than Goodfellows! 10/10

Highly recommended estate agents
