Thorough and Professional
The team at Goodfellows gave a realistic valuation, were positive in their marketing and communicated effectively throughout. They stayed positive and enthusiastic, even when the first sale fell through. I would certainly use them again.

Excellent service - fantastic team!
We both sold and purchased through Goodfellows and the service was seamless throughout. The team, particularly Liza and Lynne were brilliant at giving updates and moving the process forward. They were always on hand to answer queries and made the process a lot less stressful. We sold our property within 2 weeks which enabled us to secure the purchase of our dream family home in a very sought after area, and a very competitive market. I really believe we may have missed out if it were not for the great service provided by Goodfellows. I’d highly recommend this agent and would use them again - although I’m hoping we won’t be moving for a while now! X

An excellent estate agent

Express service

A truly faultless service
Moving house is neither enjoyable or straightforward, but it is impossible to see how Goodfellows could have done more to ease the journey. They were, at all times, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and accessible. Particular praise must be extended to Liza for re-assuring us and keeping us informed when things got a little fraught towards the end (definitely not Goodfellows fault, that). We will certainly recommend Goodfellows to anybody we know who is thinking of moving.

Excellent service
I needed to sell my mother`s Ponteland house after she had moved into a care home (because of declining health). A friend (who had recently been through a similar experience) recommended Goodfellows to me , because of their competitively low fees and highly efficient service. Chris Goodfellow viewed the house with me soon after , telling me directly of his opinions about it , based on his detailed knowledge of the area and the housing market. I was impressed by his professionalism. From then onwards , the stress of selling the house was totally taken away from me. The property soon appeared for sale on the internet , very accurately described. Chris and his team , especially Liza Kennedy , then organised a series of group viewings for interested people , held on different days , over a period of about two weeks , which I did not have to be present at . I was kept regularly informed of the progress of these viewings and the team knew when to bring the overall selling process to a conclusion. I did not meet any of the viewers , nor the eventual buyers , but imagine that they will have received the same friendly and efficient service as I did . The Ponteland main street office was easy for me to phone , or to visit , if I had any queries , with each of the office staff there being polite and helpful. The house sold for the very best price possible in the current housing climate . I am extremely grateful to the Goodfellows team for all of the hard work they have put in to the sale of this house. I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Goodfellows to anyone else needing to sell a house , especially if it is in the Ponteland area.
