The agent who initially showed me the property was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I am made aware of any issues and the rectification of any internal or external repair work is entirely managed by Northwood. All I have to do is pay the contractor at the end. This is exactly the level of service I require, living so far away from the property myself.
