It was my first time moving properties so a lot was new and confusing to me . I havent heard much about Northwood before but now am happy I went with them. Amy was really helpful and lovely, explaining the process of moving and always gave me quick replies whether over the phone or email. Honestly it made my move a lot easier and even somewhat enjoyable. To top it off I even got a cutr welcome pack that definitely made my day. Wouls highly recommend as the staff are very friendly and professional :)

We have let our flat out with Northwood Plymouth branch for 7 years on the Guaranteed Rent Scheme. We have no complaints, the property has been managed professionally and there is good regular dialogue to ensure issues are dealt with swiftly. Everything appears so much easier and less stressful than traditional non-guaranteed rental schemes, which we had with other letting agencies in the past.

I let my Plymouth flat through Northwood's 'Guaranteed Rent' agreement for 8 years and it was overall a positive experience and very stress free. As someone who was living outside of Plymouth at the time, the agreement was perfect for my circumstances and made the life as a landlord simpler knowing where I stood financially. I found the lettings team to be friendly and professional and were always very quick to respond to my emails. They were also efficient in reporting & organizing repairs when needed.
