I let out a property in Plymouth. I was given a recommendation from a friend who had let her flat out for some time with Northwood and she spoke highly of them. The service I received from the start was efficient and friendly. I had problems in the past with various issues and they listened to my concerns. I have been with Northwood for a couple of years now and the communication is always good and things run smoothly.

An excellent agency with friendly, professional members of staff. I've rented properties through them for a number of years and have no complaints at all. An established property rental company with transparent pricing structure, and the Guaranteed Rent Scheme is excellent! I know my properties are in good hands — when issues arise, they are dealt with efficiently on my behalf. I highly recommend the team at Northwood Plymouth.

Northwoods provide a reliable service. They always find excellent tenants, pay the rent on time and monitor the property with six monthly inspections. Northwoods will undertake getting work carried out at the property. It does take the sting out of letting property

Northwood Plymouth branch managed our Ivybridge property for over six years and provided an excellent service throughout. The three monthly inspection reports were always received and any issues that arose were dealt with efficiently. A very professionally run company that we would not hesitate to use again.
