Didn't receive a phone call back on several occasions after inquiring about a property. Poor service

Don't respond to email enquiries. Say they will send you viewing information but do not do this until following up multiple times. Poorest communication out of all letting agencies dealt with in Peterborough. It's a shame because the properties they deal with are some of the nicest. Definitely avoid!

I wouldn’t give any stars if I could. Worst letting agent I ever dealt with. All they care about is keeping their clients - home owners happy and forget about tenants. Whatever you approach them for takes ages, especially repairs. End of tenancy is also appealing, they will look for anything not to give you your deposit back. I’m happy I don’t need to deal with these guys anymore as moved out :). Customer service and professionalism aren’t your strongest points and this includes the manager who’s clueless about housing in general not to mention housing law. All I can advise is to avoid the bunch of cowboys; most staff is young and inexperienced. If there was no tenants you’d be out of your jobs , why don’t you start looking after them properly ? And stop lying to your tenants thinking they know nothing about lettings and how the whole thing works.

Most disgusting service I've even seen. I was told that they will contact me on the last day of my tenancy contract to arrange property check and key handover. No one contacted! After I contacted them on that day (afternoon time) asking how about ending a contract they said the agent will visit my property later on today. I took a day off just to find out that no-one cares about it. You know what happened next? They charged me a rent for that last day saying that keys handover hasn't been arranged and I vacated the property on that day!!! I gave them a month notice as per contract and two week before that day I called them saying that I vacated the property already and can give them the keys back but they said they can't accept the property before the end of the contract. This is not the end, if you are still with me. They said that dust on the window celling is not acceptable. Dust on the floor is not acceptable. Dead fly on the window frame is not acceptable, imagine that? The property was vacated for two weeks and I left top frame slightly opened as it was very hot summer time - hence why the dust and dead fly body. A month after I had nothing to do with that property I received an email from my energy company with a bill for gas/electricity I used, allegedly, during a week AFTER the end of the contract! I emailed them back asking how it's possible and they said that they received meter readings from Belvoir for that week. I told them that I handed the keys back to agent a week BEFORE and had no access to the property. The energy company apologised and waived the bill. Belvoir - never. I think this agency is good only if you are owner of the property. All we had was unpleasant house checks and problems with end of the tenancy and receiving deposit back. Person checking the house is only nice in the office in fronty of her colleagues. Office workers also ''missing'' documents on file, not remembering things. Would never recomend this agency to any of my friends or relatives, unless you have nowhere else to go.

As a previous client I am very upset with the work of this company, which, by giving all my information, was unable to report the price rise in the middle of the contract, behaved and talked disrespectfully, never responding in a timely manner, I really do not recommend having to deal with this company because any mistake of them will be seen as your own mistake. I remember first day when we had to sign the document for the property. We payed over £750 and when we had to sign the document company refused to do that because we were working in an agency, my girlfriend cried then, but nobody cared about it, we thought what we will do now, and the company lady was constantly repeating “guarantor, guarantor”. We had to pay for half year in front, lost one working day just because on that day company refused to give us the keys. Company also refused to give back the deposit on the first day when we had to sign tenancy agreement and they refused that we would sign it. It is hard to forget because it was real nightmare. Now I am sure nobody will contact me. People be careful with this company.

One of the worst letting agent in Peterborough. Very unprofessional and also very racist towards other colours. Shame to see a very big letting agent being soo unprofessional. Will not recommend this business to anyone in Peterborough rather be homeless than approaching these people !!

Almost drove from Norwich to Lincolnshire to view a property we had rang twice to confirm we were booked to view. My boyfriend noticed it was no longer on the website and called to see what was going on (merely hours before we were supposed to view it) and was told it had been let out with barely an apology. This is sheer incompetence and would have been a complete waste of our time and money if we hadn't spotted it. This estate agents clearly do not care about potential customers and now we will avoid if possible.
