If I could put 1 star I would. Worst company I’ve ever had to use for anything in my life. They’re rude, ignorant, useless and plain greedy. Anyone thinking of buying, selling, letting or renting through them, seriously, DONT DO IT.

Belvoir is worst agency ever: - they haven't helped me in case of emergency - a wheel from my cycle was stole because they haven't arranged repairing of main gate(it should be locked) - it took 3 months to repair washing machine - they don't manage the building properly so you may here fire alarm(when battery get uncharged) for a weeks - their maintenance portal doesn't work at all - they don't help you in any way with suppliers and insurances - they can don't respond you for a week
This review is on the leasing agent Rosie Collins. My husband and I just moved to the UK and had to look for a home to rent. After viewing several homes and them being sold almost instantly, we finally found one taht was perfect! We did not want anyone else to get it so we immediately paid our admin fee's and sent in our applications and copies of our information to Rosie. After a few days of hearing absolutely nothing at all from here I called to see where we were in the application process. I was concerned that maybe I did something wrong due to me not knowing how the process to lease here, in th UK , works. I found myself calling 3-4 times a day trying to figure out what I needed to do to make sure they had everything they needed. Rosie would promise to send us information and never do it until after I reach out to someone else at her office. I spent majority of my time speaking with other leasing agents who would give me more information on what to do than Rosie would. Rosie, would tell me she'd send me documents right away and I wouldn't get anything for 6-8 hours and sometimes the following day after I've called several times for it. I am a very patient person. However, Rosie would tell me she'd send me things right away and not do it. The worse part about my whole experience with her was her attitude. She was very rude and unprofessional from her tone of voice with me to her inability to inform me of information that was need for them to complete our application. We had only 10 days left before RAF required us to move or we would have to pay for our hotel expense out of pocket. Rosie was well aware of this time frame and yet she completely neglected us. I spoke with several agents who would be confused on why certain things that should have been done were not done yet. Lucky for me, and agent offered to let me speak with a manager because I was very upset. I was able to get things taken care of in time thanks to the help of a manager named Luke Clarke. It was not his job to help me by doing her job and yet he did. He accomplished more for me in 1 day than Rosie had in the past week. He was so kind and very professional about getting back to me. If there was a document to be sent to me he would keep his word and get it to me within a reasonable time. He also informed me of what I needed to do to get it all done rather than saying nothing at all to me like Rosie did. I can definitely see why he's the manager. Thank you so much Luke! Your personal service was a 5 star experience for me! I don't want everyone to avoid Belvoir from this review. However, Rosie Collins is not the kind of employee I would want to represent my business. As a customer I would NEVER want to work with her again! If you get her just know I warned you.
Very bad agency. My family had an issue because of a neighbour in our block, and the agency won't help with it, they won't provide a number to the landlord, and they are basically telling us to shut up about it when we're just trying to defend ourselves. Not only the moving in process was long as hell, but when we moved in, the apartment looked like a mess! It was dirty, we found random pieces of clothes at various places in the apartment, and we had to clean it ourselves. They never provided code to the backdoor of the block, we had to ask a neighbour. Inconvenient and awkward. They are rude, just avoid belvoir if you can.

Didint like agency at all. Bad attitude and they discriminating people from europe. Straight forward after telling surname they told me they wont rent a property. What do they think they posh agency or houses with gold 😁 dont rent any house from this agency even they would be cheepest …
