Very bad service, very bad communication with client and tried to rip us off. I would never ever use again.

Absolute joke! I called them during the week to arrange a viewing of a property they have advertised. Everything is going fine, the people seem nice enough, they confirm my viewing and we set a time. The day come, I arrive at the property 10 minutes early to have a look around before the viewing. The agreed time comes and goes, I wait and wait, nothing! I call them 3 times, every time it goes to voicemail. I know they are open so I add 141 to hide my caller I'd and sure enough they answer the phone, promptly. I explain to the person who am and that I am waiting for a viewing, the person immediately cut me off to tell me I had no viewing book and asked me to hold. I am the asked to hold each time as I am seemingly passed around as each person tell me I have no viewing as I try to explain to each one that I did indeed book an appointment and the fact that I was given the exact address of the property underlines this as it is not listed in any advert. The final person then disregards my concerns and condescending offer me a new day. These people do not care about your time, energy or feelings!

Belvoir is bad; so bad they deserve no stars. After years with them, they get worse slowly; lost backup keys, maintenance quotes madly high, charges for maintenance that don’t apply to our flat at all, not telling utilities meter readings or letting dates so I get British Gas chasing me for hundreds. And they don’t take responsibility , try to make amends, or find out what really caused the problem so it can be stopped. Nice people by and large, but bad isn’t a good enough word for the service.

If I could rate this branch 0 stars if i could. Absolutely appalling customer service, don't care about any of their customers, just want the money. I'm currently in the process of hunting down a property somewhere in Peterborough because Belvoir first of all got our move in dates mixed up, supposed to be 3 months away to which we signed papers for, then got a phone call changing to 1 month away, to then 2 weeks later receiving next to no communication on any progress of referencing despite paying all fees & deposits. To then be told after I made contact myself to find out what was going on that the tenant had retracted their notice and we couldn't have the property anymore. I was then told that they were on a mission to find us a property as soon as they could, but this was over a week ago and I've heard nothing since. Rude staff who couldn't care less about our perspective on anything, unsupportive knowing we were first timers at renting and had no clue what we were doing! I would advise anyone to stay well clear and not bother giving them a chance at all.

I have used 8 different letting agencies in the past 10 years and Belvioir is the worst by a significant margin. Incredibly poor communication and rude and uncooperative staff is a company policy designed in order to frustrate and exasperate clients, with the sole objective of Belvior skimming as much money as possible for themselves. Shockingly bad. Its a shame you can't rate zero stars

This branch of Belvoir is terrible. Don't be fooled by their low charges if you want to rent a house out. Apparently when you call the person you need to talk to is never there but they will call you back 🤤 Best of all when your tenant doesn't pay or refuses to leave they pass everything on to Sharman&Quinney and say they're not helping you anymore. Dealing with these people is stressful and always frustrating.
