The sales team and viewing team are very energetic and prompt in response. Specifically I would like to personally thank Shannon for the excellent service she provided throughout the letting process. The after sales service team may need to speed up a little, specifically during first few weeks, but I understand their busy schedule too.

As Tenant I would recommend Belvoir. From the Starting of Tenancy till End of Tenancy I am happy with their Services. It was professional and Smooth processing.

Its quite good agency,however, we are still trying to figure out what is the colour for our walls in the property,as neither the lettings agency nor the contractors know what has been used on the walls. This review will be updated once we change the property,as want to see if our deposit will be stripped off because of this.

As a sales negotiator we find Natalie Fitzjohn efficient. She is pleasant and cheerful by disposition, which makes here approachable, with regards to answering any quires relating to the on going process of property sales. She has been helpful to us and we wish her well. Herman, Dawn and Christian

As a landlord, Maintenance Service is always good. Barry Eudale is always helpful and efficient in getting jobs done.

I think that Belvoir do an amazing job.The staff are likable, efficient and a pleasure to know. They have to deal with some difficult issues where I am based. Quite a bit of antisocial behaviour, and they handle it brilliantly. I hope that the landlords know how hard they work and effective their managing agent is. KJ

I have been looking for a room to rent in Peterborough for a while now and without a doubt Belvoir could not have been more help. I have found the perfect place but I do feel that there is so miss-communication going on as sometime you were told something by one but different from them next. I would like to say thank you so much Rosie Collins for helping me sort out a place to quickly with little fuss.

Had a pleasant experience when I recently popped in to sign few documents and collect the property keys. Michelle at the branch was professional and efficient throughout the meeting.
