As a first time buyer I had lots of queries, these were answered promptly and were very helpful

I have been using Belvoir for the past 2-3 years and honestly I'm happy with how this agency works and their staff which is rare to experience nowadays. Whenever I have to contact the agency to discuss an issue, all agents are polite and helpful - always. I've recently been dealing with Emily Holmes and I couldn’t wish or expect better service, in fact I would prefer to go directly to her with any issues because I know she will always deliver on her word- always eager to help out whenever there is issue and I hope the management at Belvoir recognises that! I have been using Belvoir Letting since Terry Lucking started this business in 2000. It has not always been great service but by and large I would recommend it to anyone as I know all companies have periods when things are not going well. My only complaint really is that staff seem to leave too frequently which upsets continuity. Currently I have had good service from Aimee Hunt and hope this continues in the future.

Belvoir managed my apartment in Peterborough for 8 years until it was sold and there were good value. They inspected the property every four months and documented with pictures.
