The agent I deal with is excellent, informative, helpful and professional. Belvoir in general should have more options for the choice of sub contractor to ensure good value.

Recently apply to rent a flat with Belvoir. Kayleigh followed our process and she did a spectacular job. Great support and communication throughout. Edit: gave 5 star in the beginning, but the process of leaving the flat could have been managed better.

The team are communicative, knowledgeable and friendly. However vacancy rates and especially maintenance charges are extremely high, so as a landlord there is much more hands on involvement than one may expect.
