I was a first time landlord when I came to Belvoir some years ago now and found their knowledge and advice to be invaluable when starting out. I have always found the staff to be helpful, fully trained and polite with excellent knowledge of the local area. Overall the tenancies have gone without a hitch- I did have an issue with one tenant who fell into rent arrears and refused to vacate the property however thankfully Belvoir had set up a rent and legal insurance policy for me so the process was much easier, they managed the claim for me and I was able to recover the funds owing. I would definitely recommend Belvoir to anyone looking for a managing agent, whether you're an experienced landlord or just starting out.

Just completed on the sale of our property-which was quite a torturous long process due to buyers messing around and pulling out, however I must say a big thanks to Sophia whose tenacity and professionalism kept the process going to the end. Sophia kept me well informed of developments, was constantly checking progress with all parties and was generally on it. Thanks again

I have been using Belvoir for the past 2-3 years and honestly I'm happy with how this agency works and their staff which is rare to experience nowadays. Whenever I have to contact the agency to discuss an issue, all agents are polite and helpful - always. I've recently been dealing with Emily Holmes and I couldn’t wish or expect better service, in fact I would prefer to go directly to her with any issues because I know she will always deliver on her word- always eager to help out whenever there is issue and I hope the management at Belvoir recognises that!
