This is the worst property broker in united kingdom trust me never go to this agent no matter what happens. First they took me to the property which was officially on their website and i confirmed my place by paying holding deposit on the next day they told me we cannot let you this property due to its small-sized room and blah blah blah (though officially it was not) when i called them to confirm my booking for next property they rudely hanged the phone that we cannot let you any property. Trust me guys this is the worst estate agency in united kingdom do tell your friends and everyone to never go to this agent.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

You were in the process of renting a room and yes, we had to cancel it as it was no longer possible to rent said room. We provided you a refund and offered you the option of an alternative property. However we are a little surprised by the 1 star review as the only interaction we have had with you, was on one property viewing on Cowley Road where you informed us you need parking. Unfortunately we did not have anything else that was suitable so were unable to help with your property search. This agency should be avoided!! They illegally discriminates against tenants on benefits or universal credit. They use practices that are humiliating and set tenants arduous and nigh impossible bureaucratic tasks to prevent them from securing housing. A disgraceful agency

As someone who is in a position to buy a house I would not go with them purely on how they have treated my friends (I have a few using the same estate agents) who are renting in multiple occupancy homes and I would not go with them because of the way they are 1) coming into these homes during a pandemic with no warning whatsoever. No email ahead to confirm no one is self isolating etc. 2) They are also impacting upon the fact that some of my friends are working from home so when they come in unnanouced into the building they are disrupting work. Their behaviour is unprofessional. They seem to forget that renters could be potential buyers in the future so should treat renters with respect. Also disrupting online meetings by coming into the properties unnounced and being extremely loud is also unprofessional.

Been renting a room at one of their properties, don't usually reply to my emails, been waiting for ages for them to advertise my bedroom, when I call no one seems to know anything or try to look for answers Waited a year until they fixed the bathroom lock. Also they advertised the wrong bedroom in the house and end up walking with a person for a viewing in one of my housemates bedroom while he was in there. There's only one person in the agency that is helpful but unfortunately I don't remember the name.

Good afternoon Miss Ramos We welcome your feedback and are very disappointed you feel the level of service has been such, that you deemed a 1 star review worthy along with your accompanying comments. Regarding maintenance related comment, all maintenance is dealt with in a reasonable time frame from the point of receiving the maintenance report via the reporting portal. The tenant of room 2 who has lived at the property for a number of years can confirm this, as it is them that reports maintenance to us 99% of the time. In terms of marketing your room to find a replacement tenant, so you can cease being liable for the remainder of your fixed term tenancy. Both another vacant room (that has been vacant two months and has just been occupied) and your room has/is being marketed. The national pandemic has hugely impacted the volume of inquiries we receive for accommodation, as we very much expected to be the case. You are very welcome to attempt to find a replacement tenant yourself and as long as they satisfactorily reference, that would be fine. In relation to not responding to emails, we can see you emailed us on the 10th June and we responded on the 11th June. You then emailed us on the 28th July and we responded on the 29th July. Your subsequent email on 29th July and 31st July was to tell us you were self isolating and one that had photos attached, neither of which required a response. We also communicated on the phone, in between and after those dates. So whilst we have differing points of view on the above mentioned, again, we are disappointed you are unhappy and welcome your feedback as we always endeavor to provide a high level of service to all. We were dealing with an associate who never informed us that the property we were looking into had already accepted a tenant. They lead us to believe it was still available, presumably so we could play the role as back ups. Offered to pay a holding deposit and they just told us the ways it wasn’t possible to pay rather than facilitating the transaction. Only after chasing him did we find out our property had been taken which he had been extremely reticent about, then he in a very nonchalant manner tried to move on to discuss other properties without apologising. I would actively avoid this agency unless you enjoy being treated like chumps.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Dear Mr Glover As per my email to you, I apologise for the miscommunication relating to this matter i.e I had not relayed to the team member you spoke with, that the property had received a holding part deposit and in turn, was let subject to referencing. You were not a back up at all, we received a confirmation of payment on Thursday evening and the team member was unaware of this on Friday when they spoke with you, so again, I apologise for this but there was nothing more to it than a brief lapse in communication between myself and my team member. Very disorganise Not standard service They are responsable for mantenence inclusive british gas and they left 5 days with out hot wayer and heater. For 3 times the shower was broken They repear after 2 days . I ask them if i can go to the gim and cleams the payement they refuse but never offer a solution for 3 times we used cold water. My check out was 27 But no one went to control my room until 31 And i have to wait for the deposit . But you can not pay late your rent. I have the mud in my room they ask to clean by my self . They are in charge for mantenence. I went to the agency for pay my rent They ask to deposit becouse they have to go to the bank and doule job! Do you know what is service line? One day there was a wiew from the coustumer I was cleaning the toilette and the sale from the agency Say : you see she mantenence the house clean you do not need to clean. I found it very offensive and not one of us was a HOUSEKEEPING in the house .
