I have rented in Oxford for six years. This company is easily the best in Oxford, they were fully transparent fair, helpful and Incredibly professional. Oxford has a very competitive rental market, as a result some estate agents have very high application fees, Northwood actually have very low fairs! The house managed by Northwood had a cleaner once a week, ample parking, also it did feel like you could make the property your home. Yasmin was very easy to work with, she responded to all my emails quickly, she was also both prompt and courteous, as are all the staff I dealt with.

This agent is a delight, very professional and all questions or problems resolved quickly and politely. Property was well maintained and repairs carried out promptly. Rent that was very competitive for the area included cleaning once a month of communal areas, council tax, water rates and Wifi. True example of how all lettings should be!

From the onset the staff at Northwood (then Levick Jones) were very pleasant and easy to deal with. They were very quick to respond to any emails or telephone calls regarding complaints or required repairs at the property. I found them to be extremely polite and professional at all times. They did their best to only rent rooms to potential tenants that would fit in with existing tenants. Overall, my experience with the company was very pleasant.

Very professional letting service, since the very beginning of my tenancy they have made me feel comfortable in the property by providing help and support in no time and at any time. Any bureaucratic problem is always dealt with within the day. Last but not least, a very friendly crew.
