I have rented a room with them for 5 years and my experience has been very positive. They are very professional and ready to solve any emergency that may occur in a house, such as a bulb out and a boiler failure. Also, they help you in your critical moment, such as when someone has left the keys inside the room and is not able to open the door, as it has happened to one of my house mates, and I remember that Sujaad Ahmed had had to come very late in the evening for opening the door. Northwood agency, is one of the best agencies I have cooperated with, as far. The associates provide really high quality services! All paparwork were done online, really very quick and I needed to show up only to sign up the contract and pick up the keys! On the first day of my arrival, I contacted the agency with enquiry to change the bed for double. My emails were answered straight after and I received a phone call. After one hour I had a brand new bed! In addition to it, when I submitted my request to fix the door, the gentlemen showed up after couple of minutes and resolved the problem.
