Dear Vinod As per my email this morning, I am disappointing you are unhappy with the property you have moved in to and that in turn, you felt our service level was warranted a 3 star review, but it was stressed to you that we highly recommend you view the property prior to signing tenancy agreements and moving in, but you chose not to. Dear Vishal, Thank you for providing a 1 star review. I would normally attempt to determine the reason you were unsatisfied with our service. But in this instance, further to our ongoing email communication, I am already aware why you are unhappy. You signed a jointly and severally liable 12 month fixed term tenancy agreement on the 4th September and then left approximately 8 weeks later, leaving your co tenants to bear the cost of your share of rent and bills. As well as leaving them to clean your room because you didn't feel the need to. Then when told you are liable and will remain so until your cotenants find a suitable replacement, you feel disgruntled. Perhaps, to ensure you do not feel disgruntled by similar scenarios in the future, moving forward, don't sign legally binding contracts and then be unhappy that you are liable for the terms and conditions of said legally binding contract.
