Been renting a room at one of their properties, don't usually reply to my emails, been waiting for ages for them to advertise my bedroom, when I call no one seems to know anything or try to look for answers
Waited a year until they fixed the bathroom lock. Also they advertised the wrong bedroom in the house and end up walking with a person for a viewing in one of my housemates bedroom while he was in there.
There's only one person in the agency that is helpful but unfortunately I don't remember the name.

We welcome your feedback and are very disappointed you feel the level of service has been such, that you deemed a 1 star review worthy along with your accompanying comments.
Regarding maintenance related comment, all maintenance is dealt with in a reasonable time frame from the point of receiving the maintenance report via the reporting portal. The tenant of room 2 who has lived at the property for a number of years can confirm this, as it is them that reports maintenance to us 99% of the time.
In terms of marketing your room to find a replacement tenant, so you can cease being liable for the remainder of your fixed term tenancy. Both another vacant room (that has been vacant two months and has just been occupied) and your room has/is being marketed. The national pandemic has hugely impacted the volume of inquiries we receive for accommodation, as we very much expected to be the case. You are very welcome to attempt to find a replacement tenant yourself and as long as they satisfactorily reference, that would be fine.
In relation to not responding to emails, we can see you emailed us on the 10th June and we responded on the 11th June. You then emailed us on the 28th July and we responded on the 29th July. Your subsequent email on 29th July and 31st July was to tell us you were self isolating and one that had photos attached, neither of which required a response. We also communicated on the phone, in between and after those dates.
So whilst we have differing points of view on the above mentioned, again, we are disappointed you are unhappy and welcome your feedback as we always endeavor to provide a high level of service to all.
