I cannot speak highly enough of the Sales Team at Curchods. At the first instance, their knowledge of the market movements - specific to our particular property - far exceeded their competitors. What is sure, this is a company whose ‘words’ are followed by their ‘actions’. In short, Curchods are far more than an impressive sales pitch. When it came to the practicals of selling our house, they took all of the stress out of the process and the resulting offers exceeded our expectations. Whilst there is undoubtably a significant role in how we presented our house for ‘viewings’, we would not have anticipated 7 offers within 5 days of the house going on the market; most of which where well above asking price. That is not to say their undervalued our house; indeed, their value was above competitors and their clearly explained strategy came to fruition. Also given their thorough checks on the position of each offer (chain position / deposit / potential move-in dates etc), we were extremely confident in choosing the eventual offer that suited our circumstances and time frame to move house. Perhaps most impressive, was the role played by Tobias Davies (Senior Negotiator). The phrase ‘above and beyond’ comes to mind. For example, Tobias was both instrumental and the sale of our home as well as our onward purchase. His communication up and down the chain was the glue that held the entire process together, which proved pivotal in maintaining momentum. Similar to his colleagues at Curchods, Tobias was so quick at replying to emails. When selling and buying a home can feel like an isolating experience - despite the fortune you fork out for solicitors etc - it was Curchods that pulled through. At the very least, you should invite Curchods to do a Valuation on your home. You won’t wait to be impressed.
