Have to say that I was really happy to have met Ella when I was doing a house viewing a couple of weeks ago. She realised that the type of house I was viewing wasn't right for me, and made some suggestions which were just outside of the budget I had set, as I didn't think I could afford anything that was move in ready. Ella listened to what I wanted from a property and made a suggestion that I meet with a mortgage advisor (Pete), an appointment was made and I am most positive about things now, by just raising my budget by a little will get me a home that I can afford and not have to spend thousands on building work etc. I viewed a house this past weekend, which I can actually see being apossibility, I just need to work a few things out, and Ella has been great in getting me to this point. I found my purchase experience with Ryder and Dutton to be excellent. As a first time buyer I was well advised and supported. I found all the staff to be approachable and flexible, and the sales negotiator who was responsible for assisting the completion on my house purchase (Laura Chadderton), made every effort to ensure I was aware of the progress of each stage of the sale. I feel she went the extra mile to liaise with all parties involved and get the keys in my hands.

We sold with Ryder & Dutton 35 years and have now decided to sell again. We still see Ryder & Dutton as the main agent in Oldham and see their boards all the time so we popped into the branch on Union Street and were welcomed very well and booked an appointment for a valuation. Michael visited a few days later and was superb at explaining the process of selling and buying in detail putting our mind at ease. We haven't quite found what we are looking for yet but as soon as we do we will call Michael staright away. Lovely team at the office very happy with everyone. A+++++

Recently had a 2nd very close family bereavement (within 2yrs) & knew INSTANTLY who to turn to - Laura. Having guided & supported me, with such tact & diplomacy previously, yet never took her eye off the ball; I knew we needed her skills & professionalism again. From 1st point of contact Laura was again so supportive, caring, understanding & sympathetic. She kept us regularly updated (at least weekly), chased up outstanding matters & bent over backwards to help us empty the property. Laura is very approachable, listens, doesn’t rush you & is extremely genuine. The valuation was under what we expected but proved to be correct/accurate. They worked hard to negotiate the best deal for us, knowing our minimum acceptable price. Would HIGHLY recommend & best agent I’ve ever used. Used them/Laura 3x now (inc moving myself)!

Michael agreed to hand back to the previous agent without charge if the previous agent's client wished to purchase. In our experience, Ryder & Dutton staff proved to be personable, professional and kept us fully informed at all times and although the previous agent's client did come back & complete, Ryder & Dutton remained true to their word and did not charge. This proved to be invaluable as a double charge would have been prohibitive. Many thanks.
