I started off with Caroline as my advisor who dealt with my case- without any warning she stopped dealing with my situation, which is probably why I found it hard to get a response to start with. But as soon as Laura took over my case, I would receive updates even when it was to just tell me that she has been chasing. It did take over 5months to get my house! Which was very annoying but that was due to the actual sellers as they were having a family squabble, but Laura never minded when I called to ask for her to chase and communication was always great in which she would call me herself with updates too. As first time buyers, we had no clue of the buying process and it was a very stressful time for us but Laura helped ease some of the stress.
