We still see Ryder & Dutton as the main agent in Oldham and see their boards all the time so we popped into the branch on Union Street and were welcomed very well and booked an appointment for a valuation. Michael visited a few days later and was superb at explaining the process of selling and buying in detail putting our mind at ease. Having guided & supported me, with such tact & diplomacy previously, yet never took her eye off the ball; I knew we needed her skills & professionalism again. Laura is very approachable, listens, doesn’t rush you & is extremely genuine. The valuation was under what we expected but proved to be correct/accurate. Michael agreed to hand back to the previous agent without charge if the previous agent's client wished to purchase. In our experience, Ryder & Dutton staff proved to be personable, professional and kept us fully informed at all times and although the previous agent's client did come back & complete, Ryder & Dutton remained true to their word and did not charge. This proved to be invaluable as a double charge would have been prohibitive. Many thanks.
