The whole process has been a massive stress due to solicitors not communicating however when Laura is in the office I am instantly stressing less as she is great at communicating and keeping us up to dates on all developments with our sale. She has been an absolute star and has made this whole sale process bearable. As first time buyers, we had no clue of the buying process and it was a very stressful time for us but Laura helped ease some of the stress. Laura always responded to our emails and phone calls and never had to wait more than few hours for a response from her or one of her team. Saul also helped as he would always ring us back if we have a left a voicemail, leave a message for Laura to get back to us or he would also try and help us if he could. Thanks again guys!
