I found my purchase experience with Ryder and Dutton to be excellent. As a first time buyer I was well advised and supported. I found all the staff to be approachable and flexible, and the sales negotiator who was responsible for assisting the completion on my house purchase (Laura Chadderton), made every effort to ensure I was aware of the progress of each stage of the sale. I feel she went the extra mile to liaise with all parties involved and get the keys in my hands.

I was very happy with the service when selling my home through Ryder & Dutton. Amy Morgan, the valuer, was friendly and able to answer any questions I had regarding the selling process. Laura Chadderton, the negotiator I was in contact with throughout the selling process was also very helpful and friendly. Even remembered to wish me happy birthday! She kept me updated constantly throughout and, again, was happy to answer any questions whenever I had them. Thanks to Lynne Darrington for being so professional and proactive after the final inspection report was carried out on my property when the tenant left recently. I now don't have to worry about paying out to have items removed which were left behind or minor repair costs. We'll done.
