I have been dealing with Liz Dickinson and Peter Hill for the purposes of getting a mortgage to buy a house. Liz has been excellent in keeping me informed and has always answered any questions I may have. She always has a friendly manner and puts the more complicated things in a way that I understand. Peter has been brilliant as well. Finding a mortgage for me wasn’t easy but he has worked something out and within a few weeks I will be a homeowner. I am assured that peter will not just stop here, when my fixed rate period is up I will be dealing with Peter and liz again to see if there are any better rates that I can apply for This is the first time I’ve ever applied for a mortgage. I couldn’t recommend using these services more. Both liz and Peter have given me the best possible service and I am so happy to have been guided by them.

Peter and Liz are helping me and my husband buy a house. Liz is fantastic, phones back when she says she is going to, helps me with whatever problem/question I have and is lovely and friendly. This is my second time using Peter and Liz to help us buy a house and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I started off with Caroline as my advisor who dealt with my case- without any warning she stopped dealing with my situation, which is probably why I found it hard to get a response to start with. But as soon as Laura took over my case, I would receive updates even when it was to just tell me that she has been chasing. It did take over 5months to get my house! Which was very annoying but that was due to the actual sellers as they were having a family squabble, but Laura never minded when I called to ask for her to chase and communication was always great in which she would call me herself with updates too. Ella was very efficient and prompt when doing the viewings on the property, she was very easy going and easy to speak to, which made me feel more comfortable, she was able to answer any questions I had, and gave me good advise, also brilliant with all people viewing my property, and my house sold very quick. Laura was very helpful right through the buying process, kept us up to date with the progress of the sellers onward purchase and also helped push further up the chain to prevent further delays that were out of our hands due to the sellers onward purchase.
