We recently bought our first home which was for sale through Nicholas Humphreys. The whole process, start to finish only took one month. Throughout the process, we were kept informed by the estate agent and received regular phone calls to check in on our work with the solicitors, providing help when needed. In addition to that, and through our survery we found that the property was valued at the right price. This was refreshing following a fall though of a previous property advertised by a different agent due to a large down valuation.

I have been dealing with Nicholas Humphreys - Nottingham since 2013. Initially as letting agents for my property, then as estate agents for its marketing and sale. During the rental period their team was always quick to respond to any problems at the house. Their efficient and reliable group of sub-contractors and tradesmen have always dealt quickly with jobs ranging from changing light bulbs to fitting a new boiler. I decided to market the property in 2017 and received an offer within a few days. Although not the speediest of sales - due to buyer issues and complexities regarding the HMO Licence, the sale was completed a couple of weeks ago. The team have all been very helpful over the years.
