We are a group of students that will be using the estate agents for the second year now. Although there have been issues along the way, our property manager Kirsty appears to make it her priority to see to it that we are well looked after and the issues are promptly addressed. I would heavily recommend them over other student letting services as any issues we have raised with Kirsty have always been taken seriously, she has always been extremely helpful and happy to give advice. We have been well respected and not treated like our needs are unimportant like other student letting services are known to do. It's a great service with helpful staff.
