I am not the typical reviewer in that rarely have I ever reviewed anything online. However, I was so grateful for the service I receive from Craig that I felt compelled to shout about it, it is the least I can do. For most of us, our home is the most valuable asset we will ever hold. The fact that the gains are tax free, and the way that property prices are going, it is vital to receive the best advice when selling your home to maximise your return. We had various agents valuing our property, some of which came with a higher valuation. I am aware that stock is the life blood of an agencies business, so many will inflate the value of your home just to get it on their books. Rather than come up with just a number, Craig had clearly considered his and was very honest on how he arrived at his appraisal. I was impressed with his knowledge of the local market and it was clear to me that his valuation came with thought and substance. Furthermore, he was determined to understand our position to ensure that he marketed the property in the appropriate manner. He advised us on the best time to "go live" with the property, where the response from most agents was ASAP..
