We were sold before we were on the market!

On approaching Martyn Gerrard, we were immediately impressed by Craig's local knowledge re pricing and marketing strategies. Ours was not going to be a straightforward sale, but Craig was upbeat & confident. He introduced his sales team and before we knew it, eight people came to our Open House that very Saturday. There was a potentially sticky moment at one point in the final negotiations, but fast & creative thinking from Stuart smoothly closed the deal, to everyone's satisfaction. Sitting in our new home, I still can't believe how painless the sale was, considering the nightmare tales you hear other have suffered.
