Knew exactly what I wanted
Craig knew what we wanted to downsize to, the same area we already lived in and liked, so local and of course a good price. He found the house through his local knowledge and good relationship with the seller. He was very nice to deal with, always available and reassuring. The sale of our property was through the commercial people.

Very much appreciated
Selling through Martyn Gerrard was very straightforward, as would buying have been had the owner of the house we were buying not been outrageously difficult. She made every step a nightmare for us all, but Craig and his team stuck with it and supported us all the way. They also kept our buyer informed so she understood why there was a delay, and she also played along. For the first time in my (long) life I appreciate that estate agents really do earn their money, and I thank them!

Great estate agents that make your feel at home!
I purchased and sold my home via Martyn Gerrard, with the professional assistance of Craig Thompkins and Stuart Willerton based at the North Finchley branch. I was very impressed with the level of service and customer care. The team provided realistic valuation, very effective marketing of my property that was sold and also excellent service throughout the sales process. Dealt with my circumstances
I came looking for a flat to rent under some alternative circumstances but all aspects were quickly and effectively dealt with. Communication between all parties was always prompt and they made a process that was somewhat complicated easy and hassle free.

Superb support for tenants
Martyn Gerrard were excellent at finding & arranging for us to rent our new home; Their staff were extremely fast & thorough, so we wasted no time, They understood our requirements & presented the perfect property, arranging an ideal alternative overnight, when the original apartment was withdrawn. Post-moving support was available too, as we settled in to the new environment. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Proactive and reliable

sale achieved despite difficult background circumstances
Kastro David was always courteous and punctual for appointments. Despite difficult circumstances that arose in this case, he remained upbeat and confident that we would eventually get to exchange of contracts and he must have managed to pass this sense of confidence to those at the bottom of the chain who had been on the verge of pulling out because of delays at the top of the chain.
