As far as my experience with the number of estate agents I dealt with whilst trying to find a rental, Rayan was prepared to go that extra mile to try and secure a tenancy for me, my partner and our dog. Very professional and experienced manor. Also very friendly and polite. Would strongly recommend!
I think Martin Gerrard Estate Agents in North Finchley are very efficient and professional. I have dealt with the letting dept and I am very satisfied with the way they handled everything.
Many thanks for making the experience of leasing a property very easy.
Easy to deal with and very straight forward company. Reliable and prompt. Staff very nice and very helpful.
The renewal of the tenacy of our property was efficiently and helpfully handled by Julian' team at Martyn Gerrards North Finchley office, They fully met our expectations.
We had the pleasure to be a tenant through Martyn Gerrard and our main contact was Julian. During our 3 years stay everything went very smooth and communication was perfect and quick. I can highly recommend the agency and Julian as the agent for any future dealings.
Swift with their follow through and effective with sorting out issues. Very pleased with the service and I highly recommend Julian and his team.
We have been very pleased and satisfied with our dealings with Martyn Gerard. They have been efficient, very pleasant and helpful and responded speedily. We would have no hesitation in recommending them very highly indeed.
Moving can be stressful at the best of times, but when you're four recent graduates who are 'promising' but can't prove it, it's important to have someone not only believe in your situation but also empathise with it. Martyn Gerrard completely came through for never once said 'never', they showed us two properties that suited us perfectly and saw our tenancy right to the end with just a one week turn around. Keshia was our agent. During office hours she was always easy to reach, and always keen to see how she could help us and she was incredibly straight talking and refreshingly honest and therefore helpful. The whole team have made a stressful event far less stressful, including area manager Julian who very ably stepped in whenever Keshia was absent. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have been with Julian for 4 consecutive years now in which time he has been a constant source of proffesionalism and support.. I am extatic with the service that he and his colleagues have provided and would reccomend them to all that I know. Thank you for your services, much appreciated. Mike Scott
