Precise, care and attention
Martyn Gerrard...all their agencies give you the same service, no matter which one you go to. Most estate agents don't what too know or listen to you circumstances. Anyone looking for a property, these people have ears and will help you out.

Patience of a saint
Julian went above and beyond the call of duty for both the landlord and the tenant.. I can't express just how complicated this deal was and it would have been far easier for him to abandon the process and find an alternative tenant but he didn't and thus secured a brilliant tenant for the landlord. The tenant was foreign and had poor english and zero understanding of negociating or the legal system. Julian made it happen.

Best experience I've ever had with an estate agent
Julian was awesome. Friendly, sincere, informative, genuine (a trait that seems all too rare in real estate). Clearly knew his stuff as has lived in the area for ages. Even though we loved the first place he took us to another so we'd have better judgement on our choice. Top guy. Thanks.

Great service
We had our first experience with Martyn Gerrard Estate Agency. Unfortunately the landlord has proven to be unreliable and sadly we weren`t able to rent the flat we initially had in mind. We were obviously frustrated as almost 2 weeks passed without any type of reply from the landlord. Against all odds of having an actual positive experience, Keshia and Julian went above and beyond to try an fix our issue. They were very prompt on probably over 50 back and forth emails, constantly trying to find a solution for us with new properties. Very good customer service and with a very professional attitude. Once again, thank you Keshia and Julian for your time and effort.

On top of his game
Stewart seems to instinctively know what both vendor and purchaser wants and sensitively tip toes around the minefield of all interested parties to a satisfying conclusion. He's definitely on top of his game!

Efficient and positive results achived sale.
Potentially problematic sale was progressed by Stewart. He was constantly chasing solicitors (well mine mostly). Positive attitude to sale in comparison to previous agents. has progressed matter quickly to exchange. Generally very helpful and organised. Very fast reply to emails and messages.. Can not fault.
