Great service

We had our first experience with Martyn Gerrard Estate Agency. Unfortunately the landlord has proven to be unreliable and sadly we weren`t able to rent the flat we initially had in mind. We were obviously frustrated as almost 2 weeks passed without any type of reply from the landlord. Against all odds of having an actual positive experience, Keshia and Julian went above and beyond to try an fix our issue. They were very prompt on probably over 50 back and forth emails, constantly trying to find a solution for us with new properties. Very good customer service and with a very professional attitude. Once again, thank you Keshia and Julian for your time and effort.
