I would like to compliment Kastro at Martyn Gerrard, I have worked with the marketing department of this agent with regards to sponsorship of St Johns School for 5 or 6 years and knew they were a dedicated bunch already and Kastro has delivered when he said he would, so for that I thank you. The sale was made at £5k above top valuation and with buyers that were motivated to complete within a very tight deadline. Kastro kept that chain going when individual time frames were continually moving. Thank you for all your help and I would certainly recommend MG to anyone in North London.

Really great agent!

We are first time buyers, so going into the process we weren't quite sure what to expect but Kyri has been really excellent. At the beginning he was really helpful in recommending properties and giving us useful and honest information about the different pros and cons of the properties we were viewing. Once we had found a property we wanted to buy, Kyri was excellent in guiding us through, and driving forward the process. He has been a patient and understanding point of contact throughout - great to have when things have got a bit hectic. He also has an excellent tie collection!

Rayan was amazing from the minute I spoke to him on the phone. He was determined to help us find our new home and he did just that with great professionalism and patience from start to finish. He must have shown us 10 - 15 properties and was extremely understanding, never once did he push us to go ahead with the options we did not like.
