Excellent Service
I approached Craig Thomkins of Martyn Gerrard for some advice about selling my house. Craig was very professional. He responded immediately, providing me with a very realistic valuation and a list of comparable properties in the area which he had sold recently and which supported his valuation. This is not the first time that I have asked Craig for advice and I have always found him to be extremely approachable and helpful

Review of Kyri Ayed
We recently completed our purchase through Kyri and he worked tirelessly to try to progress matters via both our conveyancer and the sellers' solicitor. Despite a long drawn out process, Kyri's persistence meant that we reached the finishing line just in time! He was willing to be on calls and make contact outside of normal office hours and we appreciate all his hard work over the last few months. Asked for advice about value of property
We have a property in Finchley, which is currently rented, and we asked for a valuation with a view to selling at the end of the tenancy in July 2018. Craig immediately went and viewed the property and gave us an initial valuation which he then backed up with details of similar properties that he had recently sold in the area. This helped me to feel confident about his valuation.

Personal service
I first met Craig when we successfully sold our last house through his branch in North Finchley. I found him not only thoroughly professional at the time, but since then has been extremely helpful whenever I needed some friendly advice. I frequently pass by the branch and he is always there, smiling and helpful. Thank you, Craig!

Sale of two bed flat in Finchley N12
I have no hesitation in recommending Kyri and the team at MG in N12 and to be honest all the staff in the various branches who came to show potential buyers the flat. They treated my elderly mother with dignity and respect and did their best to keep us as up to date as possible with any relevant information.

Very Professional
Kyri made our lives much easier throughout a challenging experience of becoming a first time buyer. Kyri was very proactive, trust worthy and professional and we were very happy with all our interactions with him.
