We met Kastro a few months ago whilst looking for our dream home. We had visited a host of properties prior to this and found the majority of agents underhand, dishonest and impersonal verging on rude. Then we met Kastro and he restored our faith in estate agents! As he had said he would from the very beginning, he did everything in his power to secure the sale. He gave us the time we needed because he could see we were genuine, he put us in touch with mortgage brokers, he basically went above and beyond as he could see how much we wanted the house. My sale was going nowhere - bogged down in the chain from hell. The office I had registered with had given up on me and my little house. I was passed from agent to agent and office to office. Thoroughly attentive and professional service

My wife and I were very pleased with the service provided by the whole North Finchley Office. When problems arose in the transaction, they were very pro-active in trying to find the best solution for all parties. We found it refreshing that even when our sales agent was away, other members of staff were at hand to provide us with updates when we went in branch and without even referring to the file! We were given regular updates and they ultimately made the whole process much less stressful than it could and should have been.
