We met Kastro a few months ago whilst looking for our dream home. My wife and I were very pleased with the service provided by the whole North Finchley Office. When problems arose in the transaction, they were very pro-active in trying to find the best solution for all parties. We found it refreshing that even when our sales agent was away, other members of staff were at hand to provide us with updates when we went in branch and without even referring to the file! We were given regular updates and they ultimately made the whole process much less stressful than it could and should have been.
