I would like to compliment Kastro at Martyn Gerrard, I have worked with the marketing department of this agent with regards to sponsorship of St Johns School for 5 or 6 years and knew they were a dedicated bunch already and Kastro has delivered when he said he would, so for that I thank you. The sale was made at £5k above top valuation and with buyers that were motivated to complete within a very tight deadline.
