Professional staff
The staff at Dawsons Morriston have been professional, helpful from start to finish. Nearly twelve months we have been trying to sell our property with another agent, which we regret as they were useless never returned calls. But the staff at Dawsons Morriston always had time for us on the phone & at viewings & any problems or questions they were willing to help, nothing was a problem for them! Thank you for all your help!

Property sale
Property sale organised by Dawsons at Morriston. Problems seemed to keep arising. alternative solutions were suggested by the team. This team held firm and got everything in place to complete the sale chasing up whenever the process seemed to be in danger of falling behind due to problems generated elsewhere.. I have been very happy with the service provided

Sale of property
We used Dawsons Morriston for the sale of our house. Having met with alternative agents we found Daff refreshing and genuinely interested in what we had to say and what we wanted. Natasha and Tracey worked tirelessly to arrange viewings for our property and to find a property for us to purchase. We would definitely recommend Dawsons Morriston to friends and family.

Dawsons of Morriston gets a thumbs up from me
Had an initial viewing of a property in early February and Dawsons were on time and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. Decided to put in an offer and negotiated with the Seller via the agent and struck a deal i was happy with. Dawsons kept me informed at all stages of the buying process and I eventually completed my purchase at the end of March. Very happy with my purchase and the professionalism and service provided by Dawsons. Will definitely be happy to buy through Dawsons again.

Sale of property at difficult time
After many years in the rental market we decided to sell up and pull out. The property was put on the market by Dawsons Sales at the Morriston branch. Unfortunately the owner of the property passed away in early January which meant that the sale was hindered by probate and officialdom. The staff at the Morriston branch were able to keep the ball rolling for me during this very sad period and the sale has been completed with minimum of fuss and very little involvement required by me. All the staff especially Tracy at Dawsons are worth their weight in gold...

Excellent service
I've now used Dawson Morriston Branch on several occasions for both buying and selling, the service is always very professional and carried out efficiently. The staff at this branch are very friendly and quite approachable and extremely knowledgable. I will continue to use Dawson for any future business that I may conduct.

Perfect estate agents
Can't thank dawsons Morriston branch ( natasha & andrea ) enough for how quick and easy they made the sale for me. always keeping me up to date with viewings and potential buyers and also giving me a realistic price on my property, which unfortunately could not be said for Purple bricks ( samantha sullivan) who valued it at £20,000 less than what it actually sold for.
