Excellent estate agents

After having to pull out of the purchase of a property due to the estate agents (who shall remain nameless...) trying to cover up a mass of problems and defects, dealing with Dawsons was a breath of fresh air. Natasha, who showed us the property and passed on our offers to the seller, was helpful and efficient. Tracy, the sales negotiator, was excellent. All telephone and email queries were answered promptly, and we were kept up to date with the progress of the purchase. I would recommend Dawsons Morriston without hesitation.

A Good Smooth Sale!

When we decided to put our property on the market we contacted several estate agents for valuations. Although one on-line estate agent had lower fees, we decided to sign up with Dawson's after Andrea Devoy visited the property and gave us a realistic asking price. She was very pleasant and also professional in her dealings with us and arranged for Natasha to visit the next day in order to take photographs. These went on-line within a day and we were very pleased with the results. Within a week Andrea rang us to tell us that an offer had been made on the property which was not far off the asking price, which we duly accepted. The process has been very smooth and we have been kept informed at all times.
