Professional yet friendly service
Excellent service received from the very first telephone call when I requested to view a property. Continually updated throughout the process, I didn't need to make any calls to enquire how things were progressing, I was advised regularly. Special thanks to Tracy Sturgess.

Great from start to finish
The whole process from viewing the property to the final completion was really straightforward. We viewed the property with Dafydd, who was brilliant - really knew his stuff and was patient too. He kept me updated fully once the offer was submitted and then accepted. When the process was getting closer to completion, I had more contact with Dawsons, mainly with Tracy and she was excellent too. Very thorough and detailed in her communication and she kept me updated regularly and accurately. Then upon completion and going into the Morriston office to collect the keys I was welcomed by Andrea who was extremely warm and friendly. Overall I'd recommend Dawsons to anyone who was looking to buy their house. I'm delighted with my new purchase, but if and when I come to sell it, there is only one company I'd consider using and that is Dawsons.

Outstanding Staff & Service
I am in the process of selling my property via a Dawson s Morriston branch and felt the need to post & make others aware of the excellent service i have received to date.I speak to Natasha very frequently whom I find very easy to deal with and has outstanding customer relations, She is very knowledgeable and her advice and support in invaluable, I can't commend Natasha enough. She keeps me regularly updated and has taken the stress and anxiety out of the whole selling process. The other staff in the branch are always very helpful, of a friendly disposition and provide me with a 1st class service along with Natasha. I Cannot recommend this branch enough when selling a property, many thanks to you all.

Following a number of involvements, proffesional and helpful
Used Dawson,s at Woodfield street on a number of occasions, have found them to be very easy to deal with and they do have excellent customer relations, always keep customer up to date with what is going on IE: appointments to view and feedback which is good or not so good, they certainly have customer concerns at heart, the most recent sale on my behalf went extremely quickly and to the point, all in all very pleased. Will definitely use Dawsons services again should the need arise.

Excellent Service
Great service and brilliant communication from all staff. I was provided with updates on how the viewings went and was kept up to date on all aspects of the sales process. Staff were punctual and friendly at all times. Special thank you to Andrea, Natasha and Tracey for all their help. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service by dawsons morriston
I am very happy with the customer service that I received whilst selling my property. I couldn't have asked for any more than the service that was provided. Natasha Jones (sales negotiator) was particularly helpful, extremely informative and made us feel at ease with every step of selling our property. Dawsons should be proud to have such productive staff,that take such care in their job role. We would definitely work with Dawsons Morriston again!

friendly service
I went to view the property that i was interested in and all i can say is that the staff was very friendly I aslo had an issue with the solicitors that they provided me and the staff sorted it out, As this was my first time buying a property, I think if i didnt have the staff at morriston branch to help me out, I think i would of struggled.

Fantastic Service & an easy sale!
Really impressed with Dawsons of Morriston, they valued a bungalow for me I'd been struggling with tenant wise and we agreed to market the property. Within a few days we had several viewings and a week later an acceptable offer was received. Tracy was fantastic in dealing with the Sale and it has been a really smooth process.
