This is not the first time I have sold or purchased my property through Dawsons in Morriston. There is a reason why I always return. Its the excellent service provided by Tracy and Andrea and the very professional team. at the office. ,They all know their stuff and accurately value a property. They are aware of the local markets and are always there at the end of the phone when needed. Things don't always go perfectly right when buying or selling a property. But they all work hard to get things back on track and keep the process as smooth as possible.. People may think that online agents are offering cheaper deals, but having someone that is willing to get involved, chase solicitors and valuers. That sort out many of the niggles that always seem to happen is invaluable, and worth every penny. You get what you pay for I always recommend Dawsons to my friends and family as I know that they will get the service they want and have never been let down. Had an initial viewing of a property in early February and Dawsons were on time and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. Decided to put in an offer and negotiated with the Seller via the agent and struck a deal i was happy with.
