As a buyer I received an excellent service from Andrea Decoy and Tracy Sturgess They were very punctual for the viewings and were able to answer my questions. I never felt pressured to buy the property and they were most helpful in passing on my comments and concerns to the vendor resulting in me purchasing the property. Selling House

Andrea came to valuate our property on Saturday 08.07.17, giving my husband & I an idea of if we would be in a position to sell. Andrea said she had a buyer in mind & would contact them to see if they would like to view the property. On Monday 10.07.17, we agreed a 72 hour contract, allowing the buyer to view the property & a viewing was booked for Wednesday 12.07.17 at 10.45am. James accompanied the buyer at 10.40am & by 12.15pm on the same day, James was calling us with an offer. By the end of business on Wednesday 12.07.17, we had accepted an offer. My husband & I cannot express how much we appreciated Andrea's time on the Saturday & how honest she was with us. She made things clear & concise. We are extremely pleased that Andrea's gut instinct was right & the buyer she had in mind placed an offer as expected & we have accepted it. On the day of the viewing, James was very polite to myself & the buyer. He escorted the buyer around the property, answering any questions the buyer had. At the end of the viewing James fed back to me the buyers thoughts & said he would be in touch. When James called an hour & 30 minutes later, he was extremely pleased to advise of the buyers offer. We negotiated throughout the day & by close of business (on the same day) we had come to an agreed price & term. From start to finish, Andrea & James were nothing but polite & helpful. Purchasing through Dawson's

We are currently buying through dawsons and I must say they have excellent after sales care. We decided to sell through purple bricks but although the concept was good there is no personal service or after sales care that teamed with their awful solicitors that we were bound to use have left us nine months since offer agreed with no move. We wished we had used dawsons for that excellent service
