Dawsons Morriston - fantastic service
Having always been a little sceptical about estate agents, Dawsons have restored my faith! They are honest, proactive and extremely helpful and I thoroughly recommend them if your buying, selling or letting!

buying and selling our property.
We found Dawson in Morrison very helpful, and informative nothing was too much trouble for them. First person that viewed bought our bungalow and they ensured along with the Llanelli branch that we could purchase the bungalow we wanted. Which they had promised to do. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.buying and selling of property.

Excellent friendly service
Tracy and her team were extremely professional and helpful in the purchase of our new home. Dawsons Morriston have become like friends since getting property details, completing viewings, negotiating with the Vendors and a God send when detailing with the local solicitors. We would highly recommend Dawsons Morriston branch.

Sale of ex-rental property 1 maes Y Deri
In March this year we decided to put our property on the market as the mortgage was due for repayment in November. At that time we had to move out our tenants which Dawsons Rental assisted us with. The property was placed on the market on 21 March. At the beginning of May we were informed that a buyer had come forward and that there was no problem with his status and a mortgage would be no problem. However after months of buyer generated hassle they pulled out. We were now in August. The property went back on the market and a second purchaser came forward. After more than 2 months the deal has finally been done and the completion of the sale has now happened. During this long drawn out period Dawsons sales staff have been terrific and have kept us informed at every stage and chased up the buyer when required. Selling a house in 2015 was to say the least quite stressful and we are glad that it is finally over. Thanks again Dawsons. In particular Tracy, Andrea and Caroline.

Excellent service
Dawsons provided an excellent service from start to finish. They provided a realistic valuation and the house was quickly advertised online. They carried out all of the viewings and gave feedback following each viewing. Whenever I called the office (whilst waiting for the sale to go through I called a lot) queries were answered promptly. The staff at the Morriston branch are all professional, approachable and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling a property.

Thoroughly professional, these people know what they are about.
After inviting 3 local estate agents to view our home we chose Dawsons, Morrison, Swansea, as they presented a well thought out sales strategy - and offered a great deal of helpful advice. They welcomed our input regarding advertising, and handled all enquiries & viewings - always keeping us informed stage-by-stage. All in the office knew what was going on, so no loose ends (good team work there!). Their charges are perhaps a tad less than some agents. The first ad appeared on a Tuesday, by Friday we had had 3 viewings - all making offers, and accepted a near-asking price offer on the Saturday - 5 days to sell!!! The sale went through smoothly and swiftly, so we can thoroughly recommend Dawsons..

Professional, no fuss, sale of property
We have recently sold our property with Dawsons Morriston. The process was professionally handled from valuation, through viewings and subsequent sale. The price was competitive and attracted viewings straight away and they generated a number of offers. The accepted offer was at the top of a chain but Tracy, Shaun and the team managed it to a successful conclusion, in the shortest time frame possible.
