from the first day when I walked into Dawsons on spec, to the last day when my house sold I found that the whole team at Dawsons were; polite, competent, conscientious, knowledgeable, determined and proud of the service they knew they could deliver. my house went onto the market very quickly, with some great photos, they managed all of the viewings on my behalf and gave me prompt updates on every viewing by phone and email, once the prospective buyers had come along, Dawsons were able to advise me of what I needed to do and when, they arranged a solicitor for me and provided the link between myself and the buyers, Dawsons have been in the area for a long time and they should rightly be very proud that not only do they deliver an excellent service, it is one that is based on great local knowledge with some very skilled and experienced staff working behind the scenes, If you need an estate agent in Swansea, whether buying or selling, don't look any further than Dawsons, they are head and shoulders above the rest

After having to pull out of the purchase of a property due to the estate agents (who shall remain nameless...) trying to cover up a mass of problems and defects, dealing with Dawsons was a breath of fresh air. Natasha, who showed us the property and passed on our offers to the seller, was helpful and efficient. Tracy, the sales negotiator, was excellent. All telephone and email queries were answered promptly, and we were kept up to date with the progress of the purchase. I would recommend Dawsons Morriston without hesitation.

I cannot praise Dawsons highly enough for their effort, professionalism, help and patience in what has been a very protracted journey of highs and lows.. Their support throughout, the whole process from initial visit to completion has been un-stinting; and I suspect that my stress level would have been considerably higher had I not known that I could rely on their advice and calm whenever needed.
