Houseman Properties

HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOUSEMAN

HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOUSEMAN AND HIS TEAM. We recently purchased a new property and asked Houseman properties to find us a tenant. The service we received from day one was excellent. They gave us sound advice on rental expectations and had the property on the market very fast. Their communication was great, and we were kept well informed of the level of interest and viewings. When a tenant was found the paperwork was extremely professionally managed and they rightly ensured that all compliance certificates were available. We would happily recommend Houseman Properties to any landlord looking to work with a highly experienced company who deliver great service to them and their tenants.

Raphael and his team were very helpful throughout the sale of the property. They contacted a professional builder, roofer and electrician when we needed them and also were on hand to meet them when necessary. Excellent rates and very responsive throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Raphael and Emma and the rest of the team.

Houseman Properties are always very easy to deal with and I am instructed by Houseman because I know they will be there to to help rather than hinder the process and help make it less stressful for everyone involved

Raphael was extremely efficient and reliable. He was quick to respond and quickly and easily got out property on the market - even in lockdown. We sold the house within days of it being on the market. Easy, no fuss service. Raphael and Emma are genuine and kind and truly want the best for their clients. Thank you for making it easy.
