The staff at Qube Residential Manchester have worked hard to ensure my apartment is tenanted. They also assisted me resolving problems with apartment building management / service charge providers.

Bethany from Qube was very supportive and kind. She was kind and responsive even though in her busy schedule.. A person to go to in QUBE.

Worked with Rheann Kennedy as an agent to secure a place at Adelphi Wharf 1A. The viewing process and application with her was swift and straight forward. The inventory however, could have been a lot more thorough as there were many obvious defects/issues we thought should have been included but were omitted. In the end we included these as extra comments in the inventory agreement and provided photos, and thus hopefully all parties are in agreement of the exact state of the flat when we moved in. We have been here for a month now. And so far okay. Aside from being told having our carpets cleaned mid tenancy is simply impossible, responses to other issues we've reported have so far been swift. The maintenance portal run by the company to report issues with the flat is a pretty useful tool as it allows you to see the progress of reported issues and quicly communicate any queries.

Bethany was professional throughout the entire moving process.

The letting agent Rheann was great and very helpful both in the viewing processes as well as the move in. However the standard the property was left in when we arrived was appalling. Cigarettes, dirt, sweet wrappers under the bed. Dust behind all cabinets and drawers. Dust, dirt and debris as well as unclean windows on the balcony (including a pizza box)
